In the 90’s one of the most remembered parts of music were the boy bands. They were all very popular with a large young female audience. The young girls fell in love with their new music, they were the first all male groups since the 60’s. The songs usually had to do with love or girls. These growing bands, had choreographed dances for most songs, this also separated them from other bands. During their height, they were always in the public eye; there were posters, clothing and their faces and hit songs all over. This helped them gain an even larger audience. These bands had a significant influence on the teens and young adults of the 90’s. Today, many of these bands are still popular and some of the men from the bands have gone on to solo careers. These bands have had a meaningful impact on the popular boy bands today and many helped the boy bands of today get in to the music business. These boy bands helped to set the stage for the boy bands of today.
